You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

• You log in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number. Please keep your phone secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for giving correct contact and delivery details.
• We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or misuse.

• The online designer shows a preview of how your design will look. The final print may differ slightly in colour, size and position — this is normal for printing.
• We print the design exactly as you submit and approve it. Please check spelling, logos and placement carefully before ordering.
• For the best print quality, upload a high-resolution logo (ideally a PNG with a transparent background). Low-resolution images may print blurry.

• By uploading a logo, image or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights (such as trademarks or copyright).
• We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order whose design we believe is unlawful, offensive, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.
• You agree to be responsible for any claim made against us because of content you supplied.

• Each product has a minimum order quantity, shown on the product page (usually 10 pieces). Some options, like embroidery, may need more.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we confirm it with you. Every order gets an order ID (for example ZP001).
• If we cannot complete an order (for example a colour or size is out of stock), we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The price per piece depends on the quantity and options you choose, and the total is shown before you pay.
• Payments are made securely online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We never store your card or UPI details.
• Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious mistake, we will contact you before processing the order.

• Please don't misuse the website — for example by trying to break its security, copy it, or send harmful files.
• The Zobbra name, logo and website content belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

We work hard to deliver every order correctly and on time. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bhubaneswar, India. We will always first try to solve any problem with you directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page (with its "Last updated" date) applies to new orders.
